  • important update

    News from your Pastor:

It has been great seeing some of your faces back at church. This past weekend we had an increase from the 1st weekend. I totally understand why some are not back with us yet. I invite those who would love to receive the Eucharist to consider coming to a weekday Mass. I do want to say Thanks to everyone who is following the New Norm. I know that not everyone likes the new norm but I’m happy to see everyone doing what is being asked of them.

I want to say THANKS to the outgoing members of the Pastoral Council: Mark Rhodes, Danny O’Reilly, Gera Jarboe and Joellen McGary. Thank you for sharing your time and talents on the council. Now I want to welcome the new members to the council: Shirley Bland, Erin O’Donoghue, Eddy Kannapel and Buddy Payne. Thank you for saying YES. Pastoral Council will not meet in June. Our next meeting will be July 21 at 6:00 pm in the Parish Hall.

This Sunday at 1:00 pm we will welcome into the church 7 new members. They are the following: Jay Ramsey, Korey Reichardt, Heather Kennedy, Kody Sheroan, Kyle Nixon, Tammy Bostrom and Kristen Carwile. We are so happy and proud of these men and women and their families. Welcome to St. Romuald.

I continue to ask that everyone please continue to Pray. Prayer will get us through everything. Pray, Pray and Pray.

    Love

    Fr. Tony

  • pope francis's prayer to mary during coronavirus pandemic

    O Mary,
you always shine on our path
as a sign of salvation and of hope.
    We entrust ourselves to you,
    Health of the Sick,
who at the cross took part in Jesus' pain,
    keeping your faith firm.
You, Salvation of the Roman People,
    know what we need,
and we are sure you will provide
so that, as in Cana of Galilee,
we may return to joy and to feasting
    after this time of trial.
Help us, Mother of Divine Love,
to conform to the will of the Father
and to do as we are told by Jesus,
who has taken upon himself our sufferings
    and carried our sorrows
to leads us, through the cross,
to the joy of resurrection. Amen

Under your protection, we seek refuge, Holy Mother of God. Do not disdain the entreaties of we who are in trial, but deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin.

  • act of spiritual communion

My Jesus, I believe that You are present in this Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen
